Cancellation Policy
We understand that needs change. This policy outlines your rights and the process for canceling your subscription with ARC.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your ARC subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard under "Billing & Settings" or by contacting our support team.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
2. Service Access After Cancellation
After you cancel, you will continue to have full access to your account and premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
For example, if you are on a monthly plan billed on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you will retain access until the 30th/31st.
3. Data Retention
Upon cancellation and expiration of your subscription:
- Your account will be downgraded to a free/inactive status.
- We may retain your data for a grace period of 30 days to allow for reactivation.
- After the grace period, we may permanently delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies and privacy obligations, unless you request immediate deletion.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure you complete the cancellation process before the renewal date.
